ASolid Compensation System
The goal of ASolid human resource strategy is to attract and retain talents through our comprehensive compensation and benefits system.
Regular Monthly Salary: 12-month base salary.
Festival Bonus: Annual 2-month festival bonus guarantee
Variable Bonus: Based on corporate operating performance and individual target accomplishment
Annual Pay Raise: Based on individual performance and contribution
Employee Retirement Plan:
  ● Labor Pension Act: The Company shall appropriate 6% of the worker’s monthly wage to his/her individual labor pension account at the Labor Bureau. For workers who voluntarily contribute their monthly wage to the labor pension, the amount of labor pension voluntarily contributed shall be deducted from the worker’s monthly wage to his/her individual labor pension account at the Labor Bureau.
